Software Simulation

The purpose of this course was to provide technicians with the opportunity to interact with the release of a new program designed to streamline the process of developing and delivering a scan report from the scan tool to the customer shop before it was put into production. The course is non-linear and gives the user the opportunity to experience every facet of the program. By the end of the lesson, the technicians can use it in production, feeling confident and prepared.

Job Aid
(Interactive App Walkthrough)

This course provides the user with an opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the asTech app. This course was developed to be distributed both internally and externally. The experience includes interactive elements such as typing input, clicking on buttons, and explanations of functions. In addition to the visual design, I also crafted the script for voice narration, and edited the audio within the authoring tool.

Micro-Learning Videos
(Quality Assurance)

These courses represent two of a five lesson series of microlearning courses designed for selected distribution by the Quality Assurance team. Throughout the process of performing QA assessments, the QA team noticed repeated discrepancies among both diagnostic and calibration technicians. In an effort to target the most common mistakes, five were identified. I was tasked with developing microlearning courses that could be assigned individually to technicians. In these microlearning courses, one concern is addressed in the form of a question to be answered, a non-example is presented, followed by an exemplar response. Using this format, the technician can focus on one topic, and by the end of the lesson will be able to identify the correct way to fix the issue. In addition to the visual design, I also crafted the script for voice narration, and edited the audio within the authoring tool.
